Millennium Hotel – Boulder, CO

• Strip down and build back of flooded service buildings including all trades from frame to finish.
• Trades include: roofing, structural repairs, interior finish, exterior stone work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, concrete, specialty floor coverings, siding, insulation, paint, hard surfaces.

National Steakhouse Chain

• Space change renovations involving the removal of existing furnishing and installation of new furnishing and fixtures to achieve more desirable finishes and more efficient and profitable seating options for the client. Also the design and ground-up construction and tie-in of an exterior addition to be used for dry storage.
• Trades include: Design, engineering, foundation, carpentry (rough and finish), MEP’s roofing.

Habitual Salon & Spa – Lakewood, CO

• Design and engineering of existing building for new retail service client.
• Trades include: Design, engineering, demo, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, fire alarm system, store front door, paint.

Chase Bank

• Installation of a security gate system in an existing space in a high volume retail environment requiring the construction of a modular containment system that could be broken down each night to accommodate working hours and traffic.
• Trades: Framing, drywall, paint, coring, acoustical ceilings.

Delta Gamma – Denver, CO

• Design and engineering of re-allocation of existing kitchen space to accommodate a more efficient layout of equipment and work space.
• Trades include: stainless steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, tile, commercial kitchen equipment, interior finish, Ansul fire suppression systems, paint, doors, trim.

Amli at Flatirons – Broomfield, CO

• Design/Build of new dog park area between parking garages.
• Trades include: Design, excavate, concrete, electrical, fencing, low-voltage lighting, landscape, accessory installation.

Marquis at the Parkway – Denver, CO

• Strip down and build back of outdated common area restrooms.
• Trades include: Partitions, electrical, plumbing, interior finish, quartz counters, fixtures, wall and floor tile.

Cavalier Apartments

• Exterior property renovations to mitigate safety issues and compromised building envelope conditions.
• Trades: Welding (fabrication and installation of elevated handrail systems, stair systems and walkway pans), removal and re installation of elevated concrete systems, soffit and fascia repairs, waterproofing and coatings.

Rolling Hills

• Replacement of failed hot water systems (boilers) with attic placement requiring opening the roof system and building a rigging and hoisting system to facilitate the removal of old units and installation of new units.
• Trades: Structural engineering, structural framing, crane rigging, plumbing, flooring, roofing.
